Success experts today are aware of the importance of thinking, so much of the research that is currently being done on the subject of personal development is being done on thinking.
Why negative thinking arises
There are two types of thinking. Positive thinking and negative thinking. We will talk about negative thinking here. Negative thinking is because a person cannot think. When it comes to thinking, there is a choice between positive and negative thinking. Usually, we have only one option, and that is negative thinking. That is why we always think negatively.
Early life events and tragedies are also a major cause of negative thinking. Some accidents have negative consequences and have a profound negative effect on a person's personality. These effects can lead to negative thinking. This is where man begins to think negatively, consciously or unconsciously. Then fifteen or twenty years of negative thinking becomes an expert in negative thinking. This is the case with the majority. So it is easier to think negatively, while it is harder to think positively.
The first twelve or fifteen years of one's life, the environment in which one is brought up, that is, one's home, also forms a special thought pattern of man. This attitude matures with age. That is why there is a common denominator in the thinking of all the members of a household.
By nature, thinking is positive and not negative
Congenital thinking is neither positive nor negative. As stated in the hadith, every human being is born on nature. Then his environment (parents, teachers, relatives, etc.) add to his natural thinking. Allah Almighty has bestowed upon man special grace that He has kept learning in the instinct of man. The first time we think of something, it looks different, then when we think of it, it looks different. When an object falls asleep again and again, it becomes a clear form. Then it becomes easier to think about it and even better than before.
The first thought arises for some reason. It could be an incident, it could be an accident. Whatever you think about this incident or accident, man starts thinking like this. That is the way of thinking. Sometimes when someone speaks, we hear their voice and start thinking the same way. The whiplash of negative thinking
Usually we don't even realize that we are becoming imperceptibly negative on a subject. For example, a wrong opinion about a person was presented on TV. Now, no matter how wrong that opinion may be, we accept it as fact and then at every meeting, at every opportunity, whenever any mention is made about this person, we start a discussion on the basis of that wrong opinion. We become Judgmental.
We have negative thinking patterns in us and we never try to stop them. We want to make our negative thinking positive and not try, and then that thinking starts to affect all aspects of our lives.
